Return Policy
Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can always contact us for any return questions at service@pexparts.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, the return freight charges will be deducted from the refund. Pex Parts will not accept COD shipments. All items must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In some circumstances, we are happy to offer our customers with a conditional courtesy return if customers want to exchange products purchased incorrectly provided the:
• customer notifies Pex Parts within 30 days of receipt of delivery of the product;
• products are not used and are still in pristine condition;
• customer will return the goods on their own freight;
• customer accepts a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price;
Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
Proof of purchase
Refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents for change of mind:
- Original register receipt tax invoice (electronic or photograph will be accepted)
- Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
- Packing slip included in all online purchases and click & collect
- Original return/exchange receipt
Please note that our team members are not responsible for proving your purchase. You must supply the proof of purchase, which our team members can validate.
